When: Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 6:30 PM Where: Polly Drummond Shopping Center near Dunkin Donuts, Newark, DE Dog Friendlies: Not the Apres D'erections: From I-95, take the Rt. 273 West exit towards Newark. Go about 1.5 miles and when going over bridges look for the turn onto Red Mill Rd at one the lights. Follow Red Mill Rd north. Once it crosses Kirkwood Hwy/Rt. 2, Red Mill turns into Polly Drummond Road. Go about 1 mile and shopping center will be on right. Go past New Linden Road, then turn into parking lot. Park and hash. From Newark, make your way to Paper Mill Road out-of-town towards Hockessin. Make a right onto Fox Den Road. When Fox Den Road ends, voila, you should see miscreants milling about. | Hash Trash for Hockessin's #976th Run The slobbering pack met up in the far corner of the parking lot at Polly Drummond Shopping center next to Mcglynn's and Drunken Donuts, on the fine Spring Evening of May the 15th, 2013. Hashers Present: Toxic Shock, Happy Ending, DWP, N'aybe I should Cum on Time, Spunk Monkey, Perfect Woman, WickWacker, Devil Woman, Butthead, Tits of Steel, The International House of Virgins, Thfkas, Narcigism, Dead End, Mary Fucking Poppins, The S + M Man, Nip and Fuck, Bunion Butt, Wetlay, Anything Butt, Woody, Lick Stick, Just Holly (soon to be finally named), Slut Master, Cousin It, Bumpy Beaver, Crib Snatcher, Lost Penis, and many, many others. The mystery Hare turned out to be Weird Al, who supposedly hared this trail while sick. That's dedication folks. We waited a few minutes longer than usual, waiting for so and so, who never ended up showing. And because the hare claimed the trail wasn't going to be that long. Something that turned out not to be actually true. Around 7pm, according to Dead End's Watch, the slobbering pack followed the arrow laid down by Weird Al towards New Linden Hill Road. On! On! We followed the arrow, then took a left following Nargism, who wasn't really following marks. After looking behind us, we noticed that Perfect Woman, who had some inside information, was on trail. On! On! Trail goes through some kind of playground for a day care center or something, and then into the adjacent neighborhood. On! On! A few long ass false trails later, we cross over some Road, and on to the famous Judge Morris Trail. On! On! We Stay on the Judge Morris Trail. And...... On! On! We Stay on the Judge Morris Trail for a While Longer And..... On! On! Even after a few more checks, we are still on the Judge Morris Trail for a while, enjoying the rolling hills and a few more unmarked false trails. Eventually the marks lead us down towards the parking lot, where we seeth, Perfect Woman, who with his inside info, lead the Turkeys on a short cut to the Beer Stop, though that wasn't exactly the beer stop. On! On! Across Polly Drummond Road, is the beer stop, conveniently located at the communal yard waste dump. We enjoy our brews, served out of the back of Weird Al's truck, and enjoy the sight of a rainbow for a while. Spunk Monkey poses the hashers in front of the bucket of a Back Ho for another one of his famous photos, the usual hash fingers cum out again. Lick Stick arrived just a few minutes late, for the beer stop again, as par for the course. After a while we finally get back on the trail, and......... On! On! We follow more dirt path, going up and down and around, and find another useless check that gets Narcigism lost. Narcigism ends up finishing last in because of this, a fitting punishment for wearing a race shirt that day. On! On! Trail eventually cums back out to Polly Drummond Rd around where that church is, Yeah that church, I'm being really specific here, and back to the shopping center from whence we started at. Eventually Circle is convened and awards and penalties are dished out. Perfect Woman, after complaining about the lack of selection of Beer at the hash, due to Spunk Monkey keeping his campaign promise of only buying Miller High Life and PBR, decided to put his money where his mouth is and volunteer to be the beer meister for the rest of the summer. So now there's hope that we might see a few Lagers in the hash cooler, at least for the summer folks. And we finally succeeded in naming Just Holly. After many, many attempts, and many many ideas. A few weeks back, Just Holly ended up spending the night at the Marriott after drinking too much on the Red Dress Run. So the slobbering pack finally decided to name Just Holly, Kum on Inn, after the famous establishment on Rt. 273 near New Castle. Though she has never been there as far as I am aware. After circle was closed, we Apryed at Rackers Pool hall, off of Kirkwood Highway, and enjoyed some CC's Pizza and some Pitchers. Though the sharks seemed to have taken over the pool tables again.
