Washington, free parking @ 13th and N. Washington, Wilmington, DE 19801. Parking is across the street from the hospital, on the right. If you make it to 14th and you have not parked yet....just go home. I-95 S: Exit 7B on to N. Jackson St, Left on Rt 52...follow direction above. Hash will start to the East (that is away from the hospital, if you are facing the hospital turn around and walk in that direction... if you still can't find it.....just go home) at West St Park across from 1324 N.
