Instructions: Wear proper attire (i.e., RED, WHITE AND BLUE). Bring chairs for apres or plan on standing. D'ERECTIONS: Take I-95 to Rt. 141 South (Basin Road). Take Rt. 141 south to New Castle, go past NC airport, over Rt. 13, past Blockbuster, Ames, Wawa to William Penn High School on the right. Turn in parking lot and park near the tennis courts.
