It will be a live music jam fest with awesome Hash Musicians: Pickle Dick, International House of Virgis, Devil Woman, Under the Seige, Dick Fingers, Yeast Infection, Chasez Boyz, Just Doug, Just Vern, and Just Al . This is not limited to these musicians. If you are a musician bring your instrument and join the fun. If you are not a musician come dance and sing the night away! Friendlies: Trail is dog friendly - Apres’/OnAfter has fenced in yard - No dogs in the house. Band/music geek friendly -- got an instrument besides the skin flute? -- bring it. D'erections: From I-95, take exit 3 (273 W) toward Newark. Go approximately 4 miles and turn right onto Capitol Trail/Rt.2/Kirkwood Hwy. Take the (quick) 1st left onto E Cleveland Ave. Go 2 miles and turn right onto New London Rd. (896 N). Turn left at the light onto Country Club Dr. Turn right into the shopping center parking lot. | Trash for Hockessin Hash #1163 (thanks to our illustrious scribes/hash trashers, MFP and Necro, who do a fabulous job of telling us all the silly stuff we did the week before) So the slobbering pack gathered up at Necro and Pubes pad, on the opposite side of the road they were supposed to for the first annual Band A’ Palooza hash on the brisk windy afternoon of Saturday November the 19th, 2016 AD. Hashers I remember being present at some point: Cousin It w/ Famous Jack, Dead End, Groper, Do Me On the Beach, Skidmarks, Lost Penis, Jewel of Denial, Mary Fucking Poppins, Devil Woman, Woody, Asshopper, Wetter the Better, Dirty Wet Pussy, Kitchen Bitch, Magic Carpet Ride, Butthead, Pickle Dick, Tinsel Tits, Bumpy Beaver, Weird Al, Fucks Like a Tank, Semen on the Poop Deck, Just Radley, Butt Lite, Chasez Boyz, Tits of Steel, The International House of Virgins, Wishboneher, Hare Today Cum Tomorrow, Bunion Butt, Wet Lay, Lost Boy, Family Jewels, Radar, and many, many others. Our hares of the today and our hosts on many, many days were again the leading duo of NecroFeelMeUp and PubeHeAteHer, who came up with this grand idea of holding a jam session after the trail, in honor of Pubes birthday, and in an effort, not totally unsuccessful, to get people to show up with their instruments. And so we hung out in their backyard for a whiles as that was where the beer was dropped off by Bunion Butt and Cousin It. Though we were supposed to meet across the street. Eventually the hares gave up trying to herd the pack across the street and laid down the chalk talk right in front of their home. There were to be marks in chalk and flour, several check backs, 2 beer stops, and an experimental version of the J-stop concept involving cards, take a card any card, we were told and whoever got to the J-stop first was then required to seek out whoever had that matching card instead of who-ever was dragging in the back. The true trail arrow was pointing across the street and soon enough we were off. On! On!We ran across New London Rd and found a check, the first of many, many checks, in Fairfield shopping center, true trail or was discovered somehow going out to Country Club Drive. And down the hill it went causing the FRB’s to find a false or a check-back up a hill. Trail went to the beginning of Casho Mill Rd and through that little patch of woods behind the drainage pump station. Skidmarks found the first J-Stop and went in search of whoever had his matching card. Yours truly found a check-back 5 and went searching back to the road, where our sweeping hare NecroFeelMeUp was already giving the hint to the walkers. On! On!Trail went down Casho Mill Rd where we encountered another check or two. We eventually meandered into the Nottingham Green and Oaklands neighborhoods my old and current stomping grounds. Another J-Stop was found around the water tower. We went down to Hillside Road and found trail taking us behind the Oaklands swim club, where we found Dead End and the first Beer Near. We enjoyed our brews for awhile, with more varieties to choose from than we usually have. And Wishboneher asked for a call out for all those unfortunate enough to have spent nights in the now closed and fenced off Dickenson Dorm complex nearby. Soon enough we were back on trail. On! On!Trail went behind the old dorm and out onto South Main Street for a bit. We took a quick pass of the Deer Park and it zigzagged all over the place going to North College Avenue, Cleveland Avenue, back out to New London, then onto Corbett street and into another patch of woods, where we’ve been a few times before and where we found NecroFeelMeUp for the second beer near. We enjoyed our brews for a while as the sun was rapidly going down and the wind began to kick up. On! On!We went through the patch of woods some more and found ourselves in George Wilson Park and then back onto New London Road. Here the wind really began to kick up and not a moment too late. Trail went back to point A as the pack hurried up to get inside as the rain was coming pretty soon. Our fair weather RA Wishboneher along with Skidmarks circled the group up. Awards and Penalties were dished out. Songs were sung. Our visitors drank once or twice, as did our virgin, Just Radley. As did the hash crashes, and the interruptus, and the auto-hashers. Woody almost got his line right this time and then the hash went in peace. Afterwards we enjoyed a fine spread including bbq pork, coleslaw, mac and cheese, some kind of soup, a bunch of chips, some wonderful cookies, and a 40 ounce of Old English in honor of the birthday boy, Pube, for turning 40. And where we were joined by about a dozen more auto-hashers. And then afterwards the fabulous jam session commenced, including the musical talents of PubeHeAteHer, Devil Woman, The International House of Virgins, Chasez Boyz, Pickle Dick and members of his band, Wet Lay on the flute, Lost Boy on the Cow Bell, and many, many others playing tambourine, bongos, and lead vocals.
