Handloff Park, 1000 Barksdale Rd, Newark, De 19711, the smaller of the two parking lots. The one that is further east and closer to the center of town. Hash Cash? 7 bucks Hares? Poke’ Mon Ho and Mary Fucking Poppins. Friendly’s? Ok What Else? Would not hurt to bring a chair. And It's the spring, so be prepared for the usual hazards whenever you go outside. D'erections: From I-95, take the exit for 896 North/Newark/UofD. Go four lights and take a left onto Rt. 4. Once you go over the bridge and and at the bottom of the hill, take a right onto Elkton Rd. At the next traffic light take a left onto Casho Mill, go under the railroad overpass and take a right at the next light onto Barksdale Rd.
