| What: Hockessin Hash #1411, Do Me and Necro’s Animal House Birthday Hash When: Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 6:30pm HST Where: 404 New London Road, Newark, DE 19711 (prelube in the backyard) Who Hare: NecroPheelMeUp, PubeHeAteHer, Do Me On the Beach, and Circle Jerk What Else: This is a Toga/costume hash, so cum dressed in a bed sheet (stains and all) or as your favorite character from the movie, Animal House. If you are ‘too cool for school’ and don’t cum in a toga or costume, you will be given something unpleasant to wear (possibly a wool blanket). There will be PRIZES for the best outfits, so be creative! What Else Too: There will be a “Reenactment Stop” where you will recite lines from a scene in Animal House with your fellow hashers. Scripts will be given out at the start and there will be PRIZES for the best dramatic interpretation. Hash Cash: $7 Friendlies: Leash all animals (4 and 2-legged). D'erections: From I-95, take exit 3 to Rt. 273/Newark. Follow Rt. 273 to Newark, and turn right on Capitol Trail/Rt. 2. Turn left onto Cleveland Ave after railroad underpass. Turn right on New London Rd. (Rt. 896). Turn left on Country Club Dr. and park in the shopping center lot. Park; don your Toga; become Pinto, Flounder, Neidermeyer, Babs, Bluto, Katy, Hoover, Otter, D-Day, etc.; and hash. | Hashers |

| Hash Trash for Hockessin Hash #1411 So the slobbering pack gathered up in the backyard of the hares pad on New London Rd in Newark, De, on the fine not as hot and only moderately rainy early evening of Wednesday July 21st, 2021 AD for a birthday/Toga/ Animal house themed hash. Hashers I remember being present at some point: Groper, Cousin It, Asshopper, Lost Penis, Skidmarks, Pickle Dick, Dirty Wet Pussy, Poke’mon Ho, Mary Fucking Poppins, F- Bomb, Closing Time, 7th Hole, Wing Nuts, Woody, Bunion Butt, Wet Lay, Butt Lite, Anything Butt, Just Piper, and Just .... Jason???, and perhaps a few others. Our hares and/or collaborators for the day were 2 birthday girls. NecroFeelMeUp and Do Me on the Beach, and their partners in crime PubeHeAteHer and Circle Jerk. And so the pack worked on getting their togas or bedsheets or Animal House character costumes together while sipping on some fine brews for a while in Pube and Necro’s backyard for a few minutes before our RA for the say circled us up for the chalk talk. Our hares explained to us that it was to be mostly standard marks with one new introduction, the reenactment stop, where there was to be a contest of sorts for re-enacting a scene from that fine, fine college romp movie that has influenced us so much. Knowing that very few folks aside from yours truly have most of that movie memorized the hares passed out part of the script printed out on little pieces of paper. And soon enough we were off. On! On! Trail went down New London Road for a bit and then, BIG SURPRISE!, went into part of the campus of the University of Delaware. Which was not totally empty but wasn’t exactly hustling and bustling either as most of their students were on their summer break. A few of the FRB’s took off on a long lead, while many of us struggled to keep our costumes or togas on. Trail led us to some checks and some falses. But eventually went out onto North College Avenue and eventually to Main Street. Where we discovered unfortunately, that unlike many a Red Dress Run, that we weren’t going to be able to hash through the Trabant Center, because it was closed and locked up. On! On! True trail therefore went around the Trabant center and down South College avenue. The trail going over the pedestrian bridge turned out to be false. But true trail eventually went in that direction and took us around the University of Delaware library. And yours truly began to wonder when was the last time an actual University of Delaware student read an actual book, as none of the characters in the movie Animal House ever got around to doing that. On! On! Trail went through campus some more, and past Memorial Hall I believe and out onto Delaware Avenue then took a right then a left, and up the stairs nearby the Galleria, where the mark for a reenactment stop was found. And so hashers who were already divided up into groups, based on speed, reenacted the scene where Bluto makes his inspirational speech about the Germans bombing Pearl Harbor. Trail then immediately led to a door which led to the Grottos bar, one of the rowdiest college bars in all of Newark. And so there we enjoyed a brew or two and entertained the other patrons with more re-enactments including dancing to the Shout song like they did at the fictional but very famous Delta House toga party from the movie. And while this was going on, the rains finally return to soak those who came down to Main Street Newark for the Alfresco dining block party. But soon enough the faucet in the sky turned off and back outside we went. On! On! Trail went down Main Street. Directly down Main street as a large section of the street was closed off for the block party. And so the hashers gave some more free entertainment for those dining outside who weren’t scared off by the weather. On! On! Trail took a left on Choate street, then went past the graveyard then out onto Chapel then left onto Cleveland Avenue. As many of the marks were washed out by then, many of us made use of the directions given to us by PubeHeAteHer ahead of time. On! On! Skidmarks took the most direct way back, but refused to consider himself first in, since he didn’t follow trail exactly. On! On! Marks were found eventually on Cleveland Avenue and took us right onto Wilber Street, where 7th Hole got a chance to visit his old stomping grounds and got himself a picture taken in front of the old run-down town house he rented while attending classes at U of D, and which is now rented still by college students, specifically the kind that take at least 7 years to graduate. On! On! The marks led us onto the Pomeroy trail and then up into the Fairfield Crest neighborhood and back to point A on New London Rd. One by one by two the hashers straggled back, many taking off their togas and costumes as none of us were dry by this point due to rain or sweat or both. Eventually our RA for the day Skidmarks opened up circle. Awards and Penalties were dished out. Songs were sung. Down-downs were done. Our hares drank quite a few times, not just for haring, but for birthdays as well. Since half of our hares had a birthday that week and when one hare drinks .... Yours truly MFP got to drink for being first in of the folks who followed the whole trail, even though I wasn’t really first in and didn’t really follow the whole trail. Cousin It drank for being last. The interruptus drank, people who made no effort whatsoever to dress up in accordance with the theme for the hash drank, and many other folks drank for many other things. And then prizes, which included beer and animal crackers were given out to 4 or 5 people including Pickle Dick for best costume, and Poke’mon Ho for best reenactment for her portrayal of Bluto. I’m sorry I was too far in the front to catch that one. Then announcements were made and the hash went in peace. After circle, we enjoyed some fine fine tacos, with some fine fine fixings, and some fine fine cake from a cake clearly inspired from the film. The film which was also played in the living room. And there was the usually entertainment from the graffiti in the down stairs bathroom which is included with every Apre’s or party at Necro and Pubes place.
