Behind the abandoned Peebles department store (use Mattress Firm address located next to Peebles) 255 N Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070. st to park your car in front lot of Peebles and walk around to the back. For those that want to see the feral cats, and get your first taste of rabies, there is a cat village in the woods near the start point. Who Hare: F6, Closing Time, and F Bomb What Else: Circle if you are comfortable doing so. If you feel like lingering after the hash, bring a chair and relax until the cops come. We may reconvene at the Riverview Park if there is daylight, to avoid the fuzz. Hash Cash: Free. | Trash for Hockessin Hash #1404 So, the slobbering pack gathered up first in front, and then later in back, as originally advertised, of the shopping center of the long demised Peeples Shoe Store, in East New Castle, also known as Pennsville, NJ. This on the fine early summer early evening of June the 2nd, 2021, for the 2nd Wednesday hash of the 20-21 covid era. An era that seems to be finally on the way out, THANK THE GODS!!!! And also one of those rare days when all lanes happened to be open on the DM bridge, at least during hash time. Hashers present at some point included: Skidmarks, Lost Penis, Up the Rear, Buttlite, Do Me on the Beach, Spunk Monkey, Toxic Shock, Rug Burn, Sandy Penis Beach, Mary Fucking Poppins, Poke’mon Ho!, Dirty Wet Pussy, Cousin It, With Horns on His Tits, Dancing Fool, Butthead, Big Left Tit, Perfect Woman, Groper, Nip Fuck, Just Mark, Just Rick, Just Zack, Just Lauren, and Just a couple of toddlers whose names I forgot, but I do recall one is an uncle and one is a grandson. And perhaps Pube and Necro were there earlier? Our hares for the day were Closing Time, F-6 and F-Bomb, who managed not to F things up, at least for those of us who know how to look for marks. And so we hung out in the shopping center sipping some beverages for a few until our hares and our RA herded us behind the building for the chalk talk. We were told to expect some checks and some falses, along with a few check backs. Along with a beer stop, and a shot stop, something that those who tried to short cut, unfortunately, also cut out of their hash experience. As we were told the arrow was true, we were off. On! On! Trail went around back the shopping center, then past a little league game or two. And for the first length of trail BLT was our front running bitch. On! On! We went into the woods for a while and us FRB’s came to a check back, and when we found True Trail, an attempt was made by yours truly, MFP, to remark things for those behind us. However , not everybody noticed and some missed the upcoming shot stop and some ended up following trail backwards to the beer stop later but at least they found that. On! On! Trail came out to one of the parks along the river and marks eventually led to Closing Time who had the shots ready. And so we enjoyed some shots and a fine view of the river before we went back on trail again. On! On! Trail went back onto asphalt this way and that. There was a Turkey-Eagle split and a few more check backs and falses. Eventually trail led us to a home in the process of being rebuilt by Just Zack who was nice enough to host a beer near there, where we were treated to another fine view of the river. And so we enjoyed our brews for a few, while hashers complained about missing the shot stop. And some of them arrived to the beer stop by following the trail backwards, but at least they got there. On! On! Trail got us back out onto the asphalt where we fell for another check back that led us to a dead end in a park. Trail led us eventually back out to Route 49 where we banged a left and headed back to point A. With Do Me on the Beach getting credit for being first in. Some hashers stopped to get some tasty refreshments on the way, as the hares did not make clear to everyone that they bought a big sub tray to share after the hash. One by one by two the hashers went across the IN ON mark before eventually gathering back behind the shopping center. And for our convenience, there was a patch of woods that could be used as a Mens and a Lady’s room. And so a picnic table was set up, and small down down cups were poured. Wow! its been a while since we had that feature at our hashes. Our RA for the day, Skidmarks, opened circle. Penalties and Awards were dished out. Songs were sung. Down-Downs were done. The hares drank a few times. As did our 4 virgins. As did our many interrruptuses. Two, or possibly three of us had birthdays on or close to that day, and so we drank for that. There being a shortage of strong, able-bodied men around, we decided to skip the side-sides. A lot of other folks drank for a lot of other things, and one of the toddlers, either the uncle or grandfather got named, but I don’t remember the name. This before announcements were made and the hash went in peace. After circle we enjoyed some more beverages and some fine sandwiches and chips provided by our hares. And a fine time was had.
